Welcome to Pawsome Dog Walks Christchurch We’re so glad you found us, and we’d love to share a little bit about how our journey began.

For years, my partner and I dreamed of having a dog, but with our demanding jobs, we knew it wouldn’t be fair to bring one into our lives. The idea of not being able to give a dog the time, love, and attention it deserves kept us from making that leap. However, everything changed when we both found ourselves in new roles that allowed more flexibility, and suddenly, the dream of having a dog became a real possibility.

To dip our toes into the world of dog ownership, we decided to start fostering with Staffie & Stray Rescue, a wonderful local charity in Bournemouth. Little did we know that this decision would change our lives! By the time our second foster dog was ready to be re-homed, we had fallen in love—not just with the dogs themselves, but with the idea of working with them every single day. We realized that spending our days around dogs was exactly where we wanted to be, and that’s how Pawsome Dog Walks was born.

I’ve always believed that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. And we’ve truly found that place with dog walking. There’s nothing quite like the joy of seeing a happy, wagging tail or knowing that we’ve made a dog’s day a little brighter. It’s incredibly fulfilling, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Being a dog walker in Christchurch, Dorset, is truly a blessing. We’re surrounded by some of the most beautiful walks you can imagine, from lush, green trails deep in the forest to refreshing, sea-breezy paths along the coast. Each walk is a new adventure, and it’s a privilege to share these experiences with the dogs in our care.
